What is Coliving?
Coliving is affordable, shared housing for the modern era. Designed to help you build relationships with like-minded people, coliving in Greenville, South Carolina is a great way to save money and form a solid community at the same time. You share common areas, like the living room and kitchen, but have your own private bedroom and bathroom.
However, coliving in Upstate South Carolina is different than having regular roommates. Under the coliving model, each resident gets their own separate lease. This way you aren’t dependent on someone else to pay their part of the rent. You pay for your room and they pay for theirs.
Having a separate lease allows for a more flexible lifestyle. This makes coliving perfect for young adults, college students, remote workers, someone starting a new job, or anyone who needs affordable housing.
